Pre-designing is a phase in architecture that involves outlining the goals and intentions of the client. The ultimate aim of this phase is to help decide the project parameters. This critical phase lays the foundation of what is to come in the other phases to follow. A mistake made at this stage can make or break the project. Site Selection & Analysis

In some cases, the client already has a site in mind, in which case the architect analyzes the site to determine all the possibilities. Since the project needs to be sensitivity to the area it is located in, the architect looks at the site from every angle. However, if the client does not have a site in mind, the firm can help the client scout for locations that will be right for the project.

Code Analysis

Each project has to satisfy a variety of rules framed by the state laws as well as the local authorities. So, the architecture services keep on ensuring that all the rules will be followed while implementing the project. This usually involves zoning laws, earmarked construction sites and so on.

Master Planning
